Step 1: Good Sportsmanship
To have Good Sportsmanship you always have to keep a good attitude whether you are winning or losing. Winning is not always going to happen and neither is Losing. You should always keep Good Sportsmanship you always have to keep a positive mindset and never take your problems out on your teammates or coaches. Avoiding arguing with your teammates will help yall keep a great bond with each other. Play fair and encourage your teammates to do better while also encouraging yourself.

Step 2: Take practice seriously
Working hard on your craft and taking it seriously can help you become a better player and teammate. Always practice hard for what you are striving for and never give up on something that you really take pride in. When people tell you to practice how you compete I never really understood that saying until I started playing volleyball however you perform at practice is a reflection of you at a home honestly. Safety is a good aspect to go with this volleyball isn’t the safest sport especially when it comes to back row players due to the fact that they have to dive, slide, roll, etc…to make sure a play happens make sure you wear the proper gear.

Step 3: Be aggressive
Competition should never make you give up no matter the size. Always think of ways you can beat your competition. Never think you are above anybody no one is perfect. Find your aggression never force it. If you fall always get back up and keep trying no matter what. In volleyball, I promote physical and verbal aggression to a certain extent. By physical aggression I mean to keep the ball up and try your best not to let it hit the grow. By verbal aggression I mean to always call the ball before you pass, set, or hit it so your team knows who is there and is trying to play two different positions at once. Step 4: Having good stamina
